Return Policy

We understand that things don't work out sometimes. We offer free exchanges and easy returns so you never have to settle for less.

Please take special care when trying the garments on. We cannot accept returned lingerie smelling of perfume or body products, or having deodorant or lotion stains. Please wear your own underwear when trying on panties.

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached are accepted for full refund on the original form of payment if returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery indicated on the courier tracking history. After this period, you may still return the merchandise for a store credit or exchange it up to 30 calendar days after delivery.

When exchanging merchandise, we will process a refund for the returned goods separately from a new charge for the replacement items. If the items are low in stock, we strongly recommend ordering the replacement items as soon as possible. This means that your refund may be processed only after the second charge is made.

Who pays for shipping?


US orders only: You have two options to make a return: Use a return label provided by TéAmore or use your own shipping service with full tracking. If you use the shipping label provided by TéAmore, we will deduct $8 fee from your refund - this helps us partially cover the cost of return shipping. When exchanging the merchandise, the $8 fee is waived.

 

International orders: Please ship the merchandise using any parcel courier service with full tracking details. We apologize that we cannot offer easier international returns at the moment. We are exploring ways to serve you better in future.
 

To request a refund or exchange

Please email us at sales@teamorelingerie.com with your purchase order number, indicating which items you wish to return or exchange and reason for the return. We will email you with further instructions and a shipping label.

Note that you need to receive a return authorization before shipping anything back to us. We will not accept unauthorized returns. Please note that should you use your own shipping label, you are financially liable for any damaged or lost merchandise.
