When will my items ship?
It takes us 48 hours to process your order and dispatch the items. You will be notified via email when your order ships.
What are the shipping fees?
We offer complementary shipping for all US orders over $150 and international orders over $400.
For US orders under $150 value, a $10 flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
For International orders under $400 value, a flat shipping fee of $35 will be applied at checkout.
What shipping services are offered?
All US orders are delivered by US Postal Services. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days to most urban areas. Deliveries to rural areas and Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 10 business days.
International orders are shipped by a major courier service such as FedEX, UPS, or DHL, depending on the destination and the best available shipping rates. Please allow two to three weeks for international deliveries.
When will my made-to-order items arrive?
Please allow five weeks from the time you placed your order to receive your made-to-order items.
Who pays the customs duties?
If you are an international client, your order will likely incur government imposed import fees. Please note that customs and duties charges incurred on international orders are your responsibility. TéAmore will not be held liable for any fees on imported merchandise.
How are the items packaged?
TéAmore strongly encourages you to support our planet by reusing or recycling packaging materials whenever possible. To this end, your items will be wrapped in unbranded recyclable tissue paper and placed in a fully reusable and recyclable unbranded deluxe black box that you may use for regifting or storage.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All TéAmore orders are wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a discrete, unbranded black box tied with satin ribbon. You may choose to include a personalized, hand-written message with your gift at checkout. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have additional requests. We will do our best to accommodate.
